Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after successful confirmation of payment. Orders are processed only on working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping details via WhatsApp or email.

 

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, actual delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as:

* Operational or logistical issues
* Remote delivery locations

Shipping Charges

We provide FREE shipping on all orders. 

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We are pleased to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across eligible locations in India.

* No additional COD charges apply.
* COD is available only for serviceable PIN codes.
* Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.
* Orders refused without a valid reason may result in Cash on Delivery being unavailable for future purchases.
* We reserve the right to cancel or decline COD orders in cases of suspected misuse or repeated order refusals.

Delays & Exceptions

Rivaazé India is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, we continuously work with our logistics partners to minimize such delays.
