At Rivaazé India, we aim to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for every order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after successful confirmation of payment. Orders are processed only on working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping details via WhatsApp or email.

 

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of ₹99 per order is applicable and will be charged at checkout.

This fee covers standard delivery logistics across serviceable locations.

Delays & Exceptions

Rivaazé India is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, we continuously work with our logistics partners to minimize such delays.
