Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

In cases where an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Policy

Rivaazé India accepts returns only in cases of manufacturing defects received.

To be eligible for a return:

* The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp Support.
* The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
* All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.

Returns will not be accepted for:

* Change of mind
* Style or personal preference issues

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Rivaazé India.

Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time size exchange per order, subject to availability.

To request an exchange:

* The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp Support.
* The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
* All tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

Exchange charges:

* A fee of ₹299 will be applicable for reverse pickup and re-shipping, which is borne by the customer.

Exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability. In case the requested size is unavailable, alternative options or store credit may be offered at the discretion of Rivaazé India.

 

Quality Check Policy

Every product at Rivaazé India undergoes a detailed quality check before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.

This process is carried out to ensure:

* Products are free from manufacturing defects
* Items are properly packed and in suitable condition for delivery

Despite strict quality control, rare and exceptional issues may occur, in which case customers are advised to reach out within the return timeline mentioned above.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for approved return cases.

Once approved:

* Refunds are processed within 5 business days
* The amount is credited to the original payment method used at checkout

Refunds are issued only after proper inspection and confirmation of the returned product (if applicable).
